 What this quote means is that essence to greatness is kindness. If the world did not have kind ness it would be pure chaos. And most famous people are kind because they know that everybody loves kind people. Basically what it means is that if you know how to be kind you could be anything you want because you would make a great person out of yourself. 

For example, a lot of people that are kind and help those in need become doctors, lawyers, presidents and sometimes they could even receive a noble prize. That is why it is important to be kind. 

 Thanksgiving

       Week

During my thanksgiving week a spent a lot of time with my family .Before thanks giving we prepared the food that we were going to eat we went to the store to buy the turkey and all the other stuff we were going to eat. We then started to make the food and enjoyed it. My family let me say what I am thankful for and it was a lot of fun. I did not really have any home work so that was even more fun. And that is how I spent my thanksgiving.

 What Marcus is trying to say is that if you know something that is not true do not say it and if you know something is wrong do not do it or fix it. For example, if you are with your friends and you went fishing and you say you caught a 600 pound shark but instead you caught a gold fish do not lie and say that you did instead do not even mention the subject. If you are with your friends and someone says lets go drink you walk away because you know that, that is not the right thing to do. And if you follow this moral not would you not be a liar and a ctw person but you will be a better person in life.

   DOING WHAT IS RIGHT FAIR AND HONESTLY

 What this quote means is that even if you lose at something you lost fair and square. And it is better to have lost fairly than have won cheating because if you cheat all your life to technically did not do anything and if you do accomplish your goal you would technically did not accomplish your goal because you did not get their by yourself. If you have always wanted to be a police man and you go to the police academy and you cheat all the way thru you would not know what to do once you get your badge so that is why it is always important to do everything honestly.

VETERANS DAY

Before everybody knew what Veterans Day was it was first called Armistice Day. But it was then it was changed to Veterans Day. Back then people only remembered those who fought in ww1.Veterans day was first celebrated in November eleven because of the truce between the two armies who fought in ww1. Whoever celebrated Veterans Day bought a paper poppy to honor the fallen soldiers. Veterans Day was celebrated on October for seven years. Many people join the army and we should thank them every day not only veteran’s day but every day.
