OPHTHALMOLIGIST Opthalmigst Are physicians
who specialize in the treatment of eye disorders and diseases. They treat
vision problems and write prescriptions for both pharmecinicals and corrective
eye lenses. When necessary, they perfume eye surgery. Most ophthalmologists are
in private practice. However some are employed by hospitals and other performed
researchers.
Average salary: $900,000 – 150,000
Only physicians
may study to become ophthalmologist. After completing medical school and an
internship an opthomaligst must then complete a three to five year residency program
they must put a examination to be certified
I would not like to become an opthamalighst
because I wear glasses and I would not like to mess up and leave somebody
blinded like me because having glasses is very uncftorable.
