TO ANOTHER”
What Paul Hatch is trying to say is that if you tell a lie
it will only encourage you even more to keep on lying. For example if you keep
on lying and nobody gets hurt than you will think to yourself that is ok to lie
and since nobody got harmed lying is not wrong.
