What this quote means that it depends on the people you decide to be friends with who you are going to get the influence from. For example, if your friends are people who want to go to Harvard and graduate and have a future, well it is inevitable and it is your destiny to go to Harvard and have a future. But if you have friends that like to smoke weed, smoke cigarettes, and drink alcohol than your destiny is to get arrested and not go anywhere in life so that is why it is important to find people who have a bright future in front of them.

What William is trying to say is that, the best way to find peace with your body mind and soul is to do good because if your mind is clear you have no stress and your mind has nothing to think about. And when you have nothing to think about your mind relaxes. Another way this might help your recreation is because you are not worrying about what you are going to do and your mind just turns blank and you could go have some fun.

  What coach .K.is trying to say is that, having a good reputation is better than anything you can have in your life. Having a good reputation means that when someone says your name or thinks about it all they think of is a ctr person. Many people wonder “Well, why is it important to have a good reputation”? Well it is important because, you will be a trustable person and that is a good thing because, that means that you are a person that could be trusted with somebody’s life or they could lend you stuff that you need because they can trust that you give it back. It is also important to have a good name because, if you are looking for a job and you have a good resume because you are a good person than it will be easier to get job. That is why it is important to have a good name.
