What Marcus is trying to say is that if you
know something that is not true do not say it and if you know something is
wrong do not do it or fix it. For example, if you are with your friends and you
went fishing and you say you caught a 600 pound shark but instead you caught a
gold fish do not lie and say that you did instead do not even mention the
subject. If you are with your friends and someone says lets go drink you walk
away because you know that, that is not the right thing to do. And if you follow this moral not would you not be a liar and a ctw person but you will be a better person in life.
