VETERANS DAY
Before
everybody knew what Veterans Day was it was first called Armistice Day. But it
was then it was changed to Veterans Day. Back then people only remembered those
who fought in ww1.Veterans day was first celebrated in November eleven because
of the truce between the two armies who fought in ww1. Whoever celebrated Veterans
Day bought a paper poppy to honor the fallen soldiers. Veterans Day was
celebrated on October for seven years. Many people join the army and we should
thank them every day not only veteran’s day but every day.
