What phillip is trying to say is that you always have to follow your dreams even if it seems impossible because if there are challenges ity means you are going in the right direction you also need to help other even if that means not getting anything in return. Another thing that he says is that do not chase after money the worst thing that you can do because you get way to distracted going for the money that you start to forget you goal.
